SportIQ is a New Zealand business, and this policy is written to align with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. It covers this pre-launch page only — a fuller policy will apply once the actual SportIQ products are live and handling more than an email address.

What we collect

Right now, this page collects one thing: the email address you type into the sign-up form. Nothing else is captured — no name, phone number, location, or payment details.

Why we collect it

Where it's stored

Email addresses are stored with Klaviyo, a third-party email marketing platform, which is where signups are held and where any future emails are sent from. Klaviyo has its own security and privacy practices as a data processor.

Your rights

• Unsubscribe anytime — every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
• Ask what we hold — under the Privacy Act, you can request a copy of the information we hold about you.
• Ask us to delete it — email us and we'll remove your address from our list.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your email address to anyone.
• We don't share it with third parties outside of Klaviyo, our email platform.
• We don't use it for anything beyond the purposes listed above.

Changes to this policy

As SportIQ's products take shape, this policy will be updated to reflect what's actually being collected and how it's used. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the latest version.
